Building meaningful relationships with internationally renowned musicians is no easy thing! However, we are hugely privileged to count amongst our ambassadors violinists Midori, Anthony Marwood and Tai Murray, pianist Benjamin Grosvenor and percussionist Colin Currie. Celebrated composer Elliott Carter (1908 - 2012) was one of London Music Masters' inaugural ambassadors until his death in 2012.
In addition to our ambassadors we are proud to work with three LMM Award Holders who are role models to the LMM Learning students. The award holders help prepare the students for significant performances, give them insight into the life of a professional musicians and provide them with encouragment and inspiration. In recent months ambassadors and award holders have led workshops, participated in student composition projects and performed on major London stages alongside LMM Learning students.
Through our creative partnerships with London Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal College of Music, Southbank Centre and Wigmore Hall the children have access to some of the finest performing spaces and most inspiring ensembles in the world. We regularly participate in performances, workshops and outreach activities with our creative partners.
There are many organisations around the world who share our passion for music and our belief in its ability to change lives. Click on the links below to find out more about some of those we have worked with recently:
