Robert Adediran

Robert graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in 2006 having studied trumpet performance and composition; he has also spent a year in Berlin studying and working as a freelance trumpeter. Upon graduation, he devised and delivered a six month community music project in Lagos, Nigeria which saw him leading workshops and performances with groups attached to the Pacelli School for the Blind. This acclaimed project culminated in a series of high profile performance events and national broadcasts.


Robert returned from Nigeria to work for the London Philharmonic Orchestra's education and community team for one year, where he helped devise and manage a number of their key programmes including their involvement in the London Music Masters Bridge Project. Following on from this, Robert spent 12 months attached to Wigmore Hall as their trainee animateur. Working as a musician and facilitator in a variety of community settings within their internationally regarded learning department he developed his practical skills in creative leadership. Robert combines his work managing the Bridge Project for London Music Masters with a busy freelance career as an animateur and songwriter.
